| Jersey Shore Pop Warner Travel Directory - This Directory is published as a service to you. Whenever possible, the directions given are from the Garden State Parkway. They are not geared from any one specific location, so there is bound to be an easier route to the fields listed. You are encouraged to consult with Franchise Representatives for shortcuts, or to ascertain the accuracy of what we've included here. If you get lost, you're on your own! Be sure to update your franchise directions as needed. Asbury Park - Games & Practices: Asbury Park High School GSP (N) Exit 102 Exit 100A Route 66 East to Route 35 North (Asbury Circle). 2nd traffic light, turn left on Sunset Avenue, and continue 2 miles to Memorial Drive (before railroad crossing), turn left on Memorial Drive and High School field will be on right behind High School. GSP (S) Exit 102 Exit 100A Route 66 East to Route 35 North (Asbury Circle). 2nd traffic light, turn right on Sunset Avenue, and continue 2 miles to Memorial Drive (before railroad crossing), turn left on Memorial Drive and High School field will be on right behind High School. Return to top Berkeley - Games & Practices: "Veterans Park" Sam Pepe Memorial Field in Veterans Park, Bayville GSP (N) Exit 77 (Berkeley) Make right at traffic light onto Forest Hills Parkway. Veterans Park is 1/2 mile on the right. GSP (S) Exit 77 (Berkeley) Make a left at the end of the exit ramp onto Double Trouble Road. Make a left at next traffic light onto Forrest Hills Parkway. Veterans Park is 1 mile on the right. Return to top Brick Dragons - Games & Practices: Drum Point Sports Complex From The North: GSP South to exit 89, After toll make two right turns and go back over parkway. Continue thru 4 traffic lights to 5th light and make right on to Brick Blvd. Move into left lane. At 2nd traffic make left onto Drum Point Road to school on right. Complex behind school. From The South: GSP North to exit 90, bear right on to Chambers Bridge Road. Continue thru 6 traffic lights to 7th traffic light and turn right on Brick Blvd. Move into left lane at 3rd traffic light make left on to Drum Point Road to school on left. Complex behind school. Return to top Brick Mustangs - Games & Practices: Brick Memorial PW Complex at Veteran's School GSP (N) Exit 90 turn right off the exit onto Chambers Bridge Road, South. Proceed 6 traffic lights to Route 70 East, (make left turn). Continue on Route 70 East approx. 3 miles (5 traffic lights) to Van Zile Road North (Just past Laurel Square Shopping Center) and take the jughandle across Route 70. Continue on Van Zile Road 1 block to Hendrickson Avenue, turn right. Follow to the end. Field behind Veteran's Elementary School. GSP (S) Exit 91. Go through the tollbooth and stay to the left (follow signs to Point Pleasant). Once at the traffic light, turn right on Burnt Tavern Road. Cross over GSP and proceed to the third traffic light. Turn right on Van Zile Road. Continue on Van Zile Road approximately 2 miles to Hendrickson Avenue, turn left. Field his behind Veteran's Elementary School. Return to top Colts Neck - Games & Practices: Colts Neck High School GSP (N)/(S) Route 18 to Route 537 East, or Route 34 to 537 West, High School is on corner of Route 537 and Five Points Road. Return to top Freehold - Games & Practices: Opatut Park (East Freehold Road) From the East: Route 33 west to Kozloski Road to the intersection of Route 79 and Kozloski Road. Cross through light onto East Freehold Road. The park is on the left hand side. From the North: Route 18 south to Route 79 south, proceed south on Route 79 for approx. 2 miles. Make a right onto East Freehold Road. The park is on the left hand side. From the South: Take Route 9 North to Route 79, bear right on Route 79 (South Street) to 3rd traffic light, (facing Monmouth County Hall of Records), turn right onto Main street (Route 537), proceed to route 79, bear left on Route 79 North for approx 7 miles. Make a left onto East Freehold Road. The park is on the left hand side. Return to top Hazlet - Games & Practices: Steven B. Paterson Memorial Field [94 Hazlet Ave., Hazlet] GSP (N)/(S) Exit 117 follow signs to Route 35 South. Once on Route 35 South, just before 2nd traffic light, take the right hand turn-off onto Hazlet Avenue, and continue to the railroad crossing. At the crossing turn right into the parking lot. Field at rear of the lot. Map - http://www.hazlethawks.com/hawks/contactus.asp Return to top Holmdel - Games: Holmdel High School; Practices: William Satz School GSP (N)/(S) Exit 114 Northbound Exiters turn left and cross over the GSP underpass. Southbound exiters, turn right onto Red Hill Road, (West). At Crawford's Corner Road, turn right. Go to the first traffic light and both schools will be on the right. Return to top Howell - Games & Practices: Howell Pop Warner Complex GSP (N)/(S) Exit 98 Route 138 West, which turns into Interstate 195 West. Continue 2 miles to Exit 31A, Monmouth County Route 547 South. Go 1000 feet to the traffic light and turn right onto Old Tavern Road. The complex will be approx. 500 feet after the railroad crossing, across from the Law Enforcement Center, and Library. Route 9 (Optional) (N)/(S) to Aldrich Road East, and continue to the end. At the yield sign, bear right on Windler Road, and continue 500 feet to Oak Glen Road, turn left. Around the 1st curve, turns into Old Tavern Road. Proceed ½ miles, and just past Preventorium Road, field will be on the right, across from Law Enforcement Center. Return to top Jackson - Games & Practices - Jackson Pop Warner Field From Rt. 9 (North or South) Turn onto route 526 West (West County Line Road) Drive about 3.5 miles towards Bennett’s Mills Road. Directly after light, take jug handle back over Rt. 526. Head on Bennett’s Mills road for about 1.5 miles to Manhattan Street. Make left onto Manhattan, complex is about a half mile on left side. From 195 (East or West)Take exit 22 towards Jackson Mills Road. From the East bear right onto Jackson Mills Road, from West bear left onto Jackson Mills Road. Turn right onto Harmony Road. After crossing over North County line road(about 1.5 miles)road becomes North Cooks Bridge Road. At intersection of Bennetts Mills Road (about 1.5 miles) name changes to South Cooks Bridge Road. Continue about 1/2 mile to Beam Ave. Make left onto Beam Ave. Complex is straight ahead after crossing Manhattan Street. Return to top Keansburg - Games & Practices: Keansburg High School GSP (N)/(S) Exit 117 Route 36 South, 9 traffic lights (approx. 4 miles) to Main St. Jug handle Cross over Route 36 onto Main Street. Go to the first traffic light; turn right on Port Monmouth Road. High School is on right. Return to top Keyport - Games & Practices: Keyport High School GSP (N)/(S) to exit 117 keep left at the split and take Route 36 East. Proceed to the third light (Middle Road) and take the jug handle for the U-TURN. Take Route 36 back towards the Parkway. At the first light (Atlantic Street, Yellow Rose Diner is on the right), make a right and Jackson Street is the second street on your right. The field is at the end. About 75 feet past Jackson Street, turn left into parking area. Only handicapped, coaches, and game officials can park at the field (you should receive parking passes ahead of time). From Route 36 West, turn right onto Atlantic Street (Yellow Rose Diner is on the left) and follow directions from Atlantic Street above. Return to top Lacey - Games & Practices: Lacey Pop Warner Sports Complex, Clune Park GSP (N) Exit 69 Ocean County Route 532 East to 1st traffic light, Route 9 North turn left. Go approx. 2 miles and turn right on Beach Boulevard, (just past JCP&L Nuclear Generating Station, WaWa on corner). Continue on Beach Boulevard approximately 1 mile to Chesapeake Drive. Turn right on Chesapeake Drive and complex will be straight ahead. GSP (S) Exit 74 Lacey Road, turn right, and go to Route 9 South, turn right. Continue to 2nd traffic light, Beach Boulevard, and turn left. Continue on Beach Boulevard, approximately, 1 mile to Chesapeake Drive. Turn right on Chesapeake Drive and complex will be on straight ahead. Return to top Long Branch - Games & Practices: Long Branch High School GSP (N)/(S) Exit 105, Route 36 East, approximately 7 traffic lights to Broadway. Turn right (Mobil gas station on left), and continue approximately 4 traffic lights, bear right, center of fork onto Bath Avenue (don't turn right). Continue on Bath Avenue, at light, make right onto Westwood Avenue, continue 1 block to Eastbourne Avenue, and turn left into the Long Branch High School. Return to top Manalapan - Games & Practices: Manalapan Recreation Center - Field GSP (N) Exit 100B Route 33 West, 10 miles to Route 9 North, turn right, and continue 1/2 mile to Monmouth County Route 522 turn-off (Freehold-Englishtown Road), turn right, and go approximately 3 miles to Tennent Road, (town hall on right, back side of Old Tennent Church and cemetery on the right), and turn right. Continue on Tennent Road, and go mile to Church Lane Road, turn left, and proceed past High School to stop sign. Make a right onto Route 522. The Recreation Center is a few hundred yards on the left. Municipal Building, Police and Post Office are on the right. Return to top Manchester - Games & Practices: Manchester Township Pop Warner Football Complex GSP (N) Exit 82A Route 37 West, approximately 4 miles (after 9th traffic light), approximately 1/4 mile, bear right on the Commonwealth Boulevard turn-off, (just before WaWa traffic light). Turn right on Commonwealth Boulevard. Take to the end. At traffic light make left. Complex is approximately 1 mile on left. GSP (S) Exit 88 after tolls, stay to the right and go onto Route 70 West, continue approximately 5 miles, at Route 571 traffic light make left. Complex is approximately 3/4 mile on right. Return to top Marlboro - Games & Practices: Marlboro Township Sports Complex GSP (N)/(S) Exit 109 Monmouth County Route 520 West, approximately 5 miles to Wyncrest Road, turn left (in front of library), and Municipal Complex is on the right approximately 4/10 mile. From Route 9 (N)/(S), go to Monmouth County Route 520 East, approximately 2 miles to Wyncrest Road, turn right (in front of library), complex is on the right. Return to top Matawan - Games & Practices: Matawan Regional High School Matawan Regional High School is located at 450 Atlantic Avenue, Aberdeen, NJ 07747 Directions - Google Maps GSP (N) Exit 120, turn right on Laurence Harbor Parkway/Morristown Road. Go over the GSP overpass to the 2nd intersection, Cliffwood Avenue, and turn left. Make a quick right on Morristown (Aberdeen Road), continue on Aberdeen Road past the train station, and make a right on Atlantic Street, High School on left, approximately 1/2 mile. Return to top Middletown - Games & Practices: Croydon Hall Red Hill Road is under construction Red Hill Road Alternate Route GSP (N)/(S) Exit 114 through Toll Plaza, Northbound exiters turn right onto Red Hill Road. Southbound exiters turn left onto Red Hill Road.From the north 2nd traffic light; from the south 1st traffic light make a left. Travel that road approx 2.5 miles until you see a sign for Hwy 35 South [Best Buy is on your left]. Take Hwy 35 until next jug handle [Target will be on you left]. Take that jug handle and cross over hwy 35. You are now on Cherry Tree Road. Take Cherry Tree Road, and at the 3rd traffic light make a left onto Leonardville Road. Continue on Leonardville Road for 2.5 miles. Just past Bayshore Middle School, make a right into the driveway of Croyden Hall, look for white fence. Please do not park on the long drive way. You will be ticketed as that is the path emergency traffic needs to access the site. You may park any where on the site that is not coned off. Normal Route - GSP (N)/(S) Exit 114 Through Toll Plaza, Northbound exiters turn right onto Red Hill Road. Southbound exiters turn left onto Red Hill Road. Travel on Red Hill Road for 2.3 miles to traffic light at a "T" intersection. Turn right onto Kings Highway. Follow for 1/2 mile and make a left onto New Monmouth Road, (CR 516 East). At the first light go straight across Route 35. At the second light go straight. The road becomes Leonardville Road. Continue on Leonardville Road for 2.5 miles, just past Bayshore Middle School. Make a right into the driveway of Croyden Hall, look for white fence. Return to top Monmouth - Games & Practices: Liberty Park II West Park Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ GSP (N)/(S) Exit 105. At first traffic light make a right onto Hope Road. Continue straight on Hope Road through first traffic light. At second traffic light, make right onto West Park Avenue. At stop sign, continue straight and park entrance is immediately on left. Return to top Neptune - Games: Neptune Pop Warner Complex – West Bangs Avenue GSP North – exit 100, Route 33 east, at 3rd traffic light, turn left onto West Bangs Avenue, follow approx 1 ½ miles, passing liquor store on your right, continue, cemetery on your right, complex will be on your left. GSP South – exit 102, follow sign to Neptune, Asbury Avenue through 4 traffic lights you will be on Route 66 east continue under Route 18, pass cemetery on your right, turn right onto Neptune Blvd, passing Shop Rite on your left, continue to traffic light, turn right onto West Bangs Avenue, continue, field will be on your right. Return to top Ocean - Games: Ocean Township High School GSP (N) (S), Exit 105, Route 36 East to Route 35 South (Monmouth Mall). Continue on Route 35 South (approx. 1.5 miles) and take the east bound jug handle onto West Park Avenue, crossing over Route 35. High School is on the right (approx. 1 mile). Practices: Ocean Township Intermediate School GSP (N) (S), Exit 105, Route 36 East to Route 35 South (Monmouth Mall). Continue on Route 35 South (approx. 1.5 miles) and turn right onto West Park Avenue. Intermediate School is on the right (approx. 1 mile) cross over Route 18. Return to top Point Pleasant - Games & Practices: Point Pleasant Beach Field – Antrim School From North: Take Garden State Parkway South to exit 98. Stay left and take ramp to Rt. 34 towards Spring Lake/Manasquan. Continue South on Route 34 to Route 35 South. Proceed over the Brielle/Manasquan Bridge continue to 3rd light (Arnold Avenue) make left. Continue straight over train tracks and make left on Chicago Avenue (blinker light). School field is on left approximately 1/2 mile. From South: Take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 90. Take ramp and continue on Chambersbridge Road to Route 70. Make left on route 70 and continue to Route 88 East. Take Route 88 into Point Pleasant. Proceed over 88 Bridge and at base of Bridge make left (Arnold Ave). Continue on Arnold Avenue through second traffic light to Chicago Avenue (blinker light). Make left on Chicago Avenue. School field is on left approximately 1/2 mile. Return to top Red Bank - Games & Practices: Count Basie Park GSP (N)/(S) Exit 109, Monmouth County Route 520 East (Newman Springs Road), approximately 1 mile past the 3rd traffic light, turn left on Henry Street, field straight ahead. Return to top River Plaza - Games & Practices: Nutswamp Park - Trezza Field GSP (N)/(S) Exit 109 Northbound exiters keep to the left. Southbound exiters turn left on Monmouth County Route 520 East (Newman Springs Road), stay to the immediate right under the GSP overpass and take the Half-Mile Road turn-off. All exiters at the light cross over Newman Springs Road onto Half-Mile Road. Go to the end and turn right on West Front Street. Turn left at the 1st traffic light, Hubbard Avenue, Hubbard Avenue turns into Nutswamp. Continue past Shadow Lake Village to Gordon Road and turn left. Field at the end of Gordon Road. Return to top Rumson/Fair Haven - Games: Rumson-Fair Haven High School; Practices: Piping Rock Park GSP (N)/(S) Exit 109 Northbound exiters keep to the left, and go to the traffic light. Southbound exiters turn left onto Monmouth County Route 520 East (Newman Springs Road) and stay to the immediate right under the GSP overpass. Take the Half-Mile Road, turn-off. All Exiters, at the light, cross over Newman Springs Road, onto Half-Mile Road, and go to the end. Turn right on West Front Street, and continue on Front Street (West River Road) through Red Bank, Fair Haven, and into Rumson. Go to Bingham Avenue, and turn right, and continue to Ridge Road High School will be on the left. To get to Piping Rock Park, continue 1 block past the High School to Forest Avenue. Return to top Shore - Games: Shore Regional High School; Practices: Monmouth Park Race Course GSP (N)/(S) Exit 105, Route 36 East 6 traffic lights to Route 71. Just beyond 5th light, High School will be on the right. To get to the practice site, go one more traffic light to Broadway and take the jug handle to turn left. Crossover Route 36 and Practice fields will be on the left. Return to top Southern - Games & Practices: Southern Pop Warner GSP (N)/(S) Exit 63, Route 72 East toward Long Beach Island. Make right hand turn (behind Commerce Bank). Go 1 block and make left onto Doc Cramer Boulevard. Veer right onto Plantation Way and go around the curve. At the stop sign make a left and then turn right at the very next driveway. Return to top St. Bart's - Games: Heavenly Farms Complex; Practices: School behind St. Bart's Church From junctions of Routes 9 & 18, take Route 18 West approximately 6 miles to Rues Lane. Rt. 18 North to Rues Lane jughandle. Make left to cross Rt. 18. Continue on Rues Lane until you come to Cranbury Road (CVS on your left). Make a left onto Cranbury Road. Continue on Cranbury Road, past the fairgournds (on your right). At the next traffic light, make a right onto Dunhams Corner Road. The entrance to the field will be approximately 1/2 mile on the right, at the Dog Park entrance. East Brunswick High School [Some games may be played at the high school] Take Rt 18 North to Cranbury Road. As you go over Rt 18, merge to left. Turn left at the light into the High school. Football fields are in the rear of the school. To get to the Practice Site, take the jug-handle for Rues Lane. Cross over Route 18, and continue on Rues Lane, 1/2 mile past 3rd traffic light, turn right into rear of St. Bart's parking lot. Return to top Toms River Angels - Games: Toms River East High School: Practices: East Dover Elementary From junctions of Routes 9 & 18, take Route 18 West approximately 6 miles to Rues Lane. GSP (N)/(S) Exit 82 Route 37 East 7 traffic lights to Coolidge Avenue jug handle. Take jug handle to cross over Route 37 onto Coolidge Avenue. To get to the Game Site, continue on Coolidge Avenue (North), approximately 1 mile to Raider Way, and turn left. High School on the left. To get to Practice Site, go past High School entrance to Dunedin Street, turn left. Approximately 500 feet on the right is a School Bus driveway for East Dover Elementary School, turn right. Return to top Toms River Indians - Games: Toms River North High School; Practices: Walnut Street School GSP (N)/(S) Exit 82 Route 37 East To get to the Practice Site, continue beyond the 1st traffic light and take the jug handle for Route 166 North. Cross over Route 37 and stay to the right on Route 166 North. At the 1st traffic light (just past the NJDMV Inspection Station), bear right on Old Freehold Road and make the 1st right onto Walnut Street. Walnut Street School is approximately 500 feet on the left. To get to the Game Site, continue on Old Freehold Road approximately 1/4 mile and High School is on the right. Return to top Toms River Raiders - Games: Toms River High School South; Practices: South Toms River Elementary School Games: Toms River High School South Exit 82 from north and south to Rt. 37 East. Turn right at 2nd traffic light (Hooper Avenue). Toms River High School South will be on the right approx 1 mile. Practices: South Toms River Elementary School From North: GSP south to Exit 80. Take middle lane to stop sign, make right onto Double Trouble Road to light. At light (Dover Road) make a left. South Toms River Elementary School will be on the right, approximately 1 mile (use 2nd entrance). From South: GSP north to Exit 77 toward Berkeley. Turn left onto Forest Hills Pkwy. Go to Double Trouble Road make right. Approximately 3 miles turn left onto Tilton Avenue. Turn left onto Dover Road. South Toms River Elementary School on right side (use 2nd entrance). Return to top Wall - Games & Practices: Wall Pop Warner Sports Complex GSP (N)/(S) Exit 98 Route 34 South (stay in left lane) to Monmouth County Route 524 East (Allaire Road). Go around the Route 524 traffic circle to the south side of the Exxon station. Proceed on Route 524 East to first traffic light. (Intermediate School is on the right). Make a left at traffic light; second entrance on right (behind baseball field) will be parking lot and Football fields. Return to top |
